weekend fun times III
sorry for the delay in posting, but my internet is down at home so i have to find time before work to post…so here goes!
i made it out to taste addison with a few friends on friday. ran into the beautiful nicole who made sure that we got the extra special treatment in vip…nice to have great friends in good places! it was a really nice vibe; lots of people, delicious food, and good music. i surprisingly liked switchfoot a lot…even though it’s not really my thing, the band was really energetic and put on a good show. i’m sure gavin degraw did a good job, but we left mid-set cause i was so tired (lame, i know).

what’s a festival without a turkey leg?!

not my best pic…but i’m posting to prove that i was there…
so on saturday danielle and i ran over to the bishop arts district for the street bazaar…it was fun, but definitely less that what i’d hoped it would be. there were only about 10 cars for the car show and barely a block of street vendors. we hopped into tillman’s roadhouse for a frosty beverage and the bartender expressed that this was the slowest year yet. oh well, we still had fun.
i wasn’t able to be with the fam on sunday since they live in katy, but i went on my own little adventure on the dart and explored with roxy around downtown. here are some of our adventure pics:

on the dart downtown, heading to the west end

fountains across from el centro college and the john f. kennedy memorial plaza

confederate memorial at pioneer park cemetery

peak tombstone at pioneer park

wedding photos at city hall water sculpture garden
so that’s the weekend in a nutshell. next weekend?! radiohead!! stay tuned for that!

Looked like a funfilled weekend. As always
Sucks about the Bishop Arts street bazaar. I was hoping you had some good finds.
Great pics. Love the one of Roxy.
Thanks for the hookup last Friday, had a little too good of a time…
