more weekend fun times…

like i told you all last week, there was a lot of stuff going on in dallas over the weekend! i managed to take in as much as i could…

record store day: was awesome. i made it up to good records just in time to hear LIONS play and buy some new cd’s (the kooks “konk” and MGMT’s self titled)

after watching the band for a bit, i made it up to house of dang for their little soirée and got some super cute new earrings…i have a pic somewhere, i’ll post it later.

later we went to watch adam freeland play up at the lizard lounge. he is so amazing, seriously one of my favorite dj’s of all time.

sunday was a full day for me - i drove to tulsa (at 8 am) to meet a friend for brunch at mcnellie’s - that bloody mary bar is genius. anyone know where i can find that in dallas?? after a delicious brunch, i headed to broken arrow for my best friend’s lingerie shower. so much fun! what wasn’t that much fun? driving back that night. here are some photos of the wonder that is driving to oklahoma…
